Carefully crafted by our experienced allied health team to enhance your health and wellbeing, these sessions are designed to elevate your overall health and well-being while creating a sense of community in a small-group environment.

Led by our skilled clinicians, our evidence-based exercise classes cater to a diverse range of needs and goals. With a focus on rehabilitation, exercise, and holistic wellness, our team bring extensive knowledge to each session.

Our group classes

GLA:D Program

Led by accredited clinicians over six weeks, this internationally recognised program targets osteoarthritis-related pain. Through group exercises and informative sessions, discover ways to manage pain, improve function, and regain independence. Join us on the path to greater well-being with GLA:D.

Life Strong

This moderate intensity workout is specifically designed to assist individuals managing conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Developed and led by our skilled clinicians, classes target strength, endurance, and metabolic health (includes aspects like blood sugar levels, cholesterol, blood pressure, and body fat). It’s your pathway to better health and wellness.
