She is passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes. She believes that with the right supports in place, individuals can thrive.
Known for her relationship-building skills, Bridgette works closely with families, care teams, and service providers to foster collaboration and align goals. She brings a strong knowledge of behaviours of concern and the Positive Behaviour Support framework, alongside a keen ability to adapt in complex, fast-changing situations.
Bridgette is also a natural leader who takes initiative in guiding teams and sharing her expertise with peers. She is driven by a desire to uplift standards of care and support her colleagues’ professional growth, continuously learning and leading in ways that centre dignity, autonomy, and holistic support.
