Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps restore movement, function and reduce pain.

Our highly experienced physiotherapist Michael begins with a thorough assessment to ensure an accurate diagnosis, which forms the foundation for an effective treatment plan. He uses targeted exercises, hands-on techniques, and specialised therapies to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support your recovery. Each program is carefully tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Note: We also offer expert neurological physiotherapy at our Ryde, Petersham, and Collaroy hubs for a range of conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, and more.
