Lee works with clients ages 18 years and above who experience symptoms consistent with anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, autism, and adjustment issues. In addition to adopting a person-centred lens, Lee works from therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
