Functional capacity assessment

Level 2/689 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
Functional Capacity Assessment can provide valuable insights into a person’s ability to manage daily activities and support NDIS planning, goal setting, and access to appropriate funding and services.

A functional capacity assessment is a comprehensive evaluation used to determine an individual’s ability to perform everyday tasks.

Conducted by a qualified occupational therapist, the assessment identifies both strengths and areas where support may be required due to disability, injury, or illness.

The insights gained are used to inform goal setting, care planning, and to support funding applications such as those for the NDIS.
