Our group exercise classes are designed to support your health and wellbeing in a way that standard gyms don’t.

Led by experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, each class is tailored to your needs, helping you move safely, build strength, improve mobility and balance, and gain confidence.

Our classes are ideal for people:

  • Managing a health condition such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, or weight concerns.
  • Looking to begin exercising but unsure where to start.
  • Recovering from an injury or illness.
  • Looking to improve strength and balance to reduce the risk of falls as they age.

Step into our beginner-friendly exercise class, developed with you in mind.

Our experienced team has designed this class to help improve your movement and balance, ease joint pain, and fight fatigue. You’ll feel more at ease in your daily activities and find support in our welcoming community.

Life strong

A moderate-intensity class focused on building strength, fitness, mobility, and balance while supporting metabolic health (weight management, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol).

Developed and led by our skilled clinicians, Life Strong can improve strength, fitness, mobility, balance and metabolic health (weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol). It’s your pathway to better health and wellness.

Pilates

Start or end your day with Pilates — a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve flexibility, core strength, and posture. Ideal for easing stiffness and enhancing movement, this class supports your overall fitness in a gentle, effective way.

Join our welcoming Pilates community and feel the difference in how you move and feel every day.

Clinical reformer

Our Clinical Reformer Pilates class is ideal for anyone recovering from injury or gradually returning to exercise. Using the Pilates Reformer, your instructor tailors each session with controlled resistance and guided movements to suit your individual needs.

Enjoy a safe, supportive environment as you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in your body.

Hydrotherapy

Experience the benefits of water-based movement in our warm hydrotherapy pool, designed to ease joint pain, release muscle tension, and enhance mobility. Ideal for those managing chronic pain, injury, or neurological conditions, the supportive environment allows you to move freely and comfortably.

No swimming skills needed—just a willingness to feel better and enjoy the flow of gentle, guided exercise in a friendly group setting.

Neuro strong

A specialised circuit-based group program designed for individuals with neurological impairments affecting the upper and/or lower limbs. This structured class focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and increasing endurance, all while supporting participants in working toward their personal functional goals with confidence.
