The Armeo® Power is a robotic exoskeleton designed to support high-intensity rehabilitation of the arm and hand. It enables people with moderate to severe impairments to practise self-initiated, functional movements with robotic assistance, promoting strength, coordination and recovery of daily living skills.
Armeo® Power provides dynamic arm weight support and real-time adaptive assistance through a robotic exoskeleton. This enables users to complete active movement tasks even when they have minimal muscle control.
Therapists can adjust support settings or allow the device to adapt automatically based on real-time user performance. A wide three-dimensional workspace encourages practising natural reach, lift, grasp and release movements.
Motivating virtual and augmented reality tasks keep therapy engaging, while built-in standardised assessments objectively track range of motion, strength and movement quality over time to guide rehabilitation planning.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Royal Rehab acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future and we extend our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples.
