Overview

GaitSens® is an advanced gait and balance assessment system integrated with the GaitKeeper® treadmill. It provides real-time feedback on gait parameters, enabling therapists and patients to monitor and improve walking patterns during rehabilitation sessions.

How it works

Sensors installed within the GaitKeeper® treadmill capture data on various gait metrics, including speed, step length, swing time, base of support and weight-bearing dynamics. This information is transmitted to a connected tablet, offering immediate visual and auditory feedback. The system assists in identifying asymmetries and deviations in gait, facilitating targeted interventions.
