Luna EMG is a robotic rehabilitation device that combines movement therapy with surface electromyography (EMG) biofeedback. It helps people improve muscle strength, coordination and limb mobility by providing personalised, real-time feedback during functional exercises.
Luna EMG uses robotic assistance and resistance combined with EMG sensors that measure muscle activity during therapy. This information allows therapy intensity to be adjusted in real time to match the user’s needs, encouraging active participation and optimal recovery.
Therapists can design customised programs targeting specific muscles, movement patterns or functional tasks. Real-time visual feedback improves awareness of muscle use and supports neuroplasticity and motor relearning, especially in people with neurological or musculoskeletal impairments.
Objective assessment tools track strength, range of motion and muscle activation patterns over time to guide rehabilitation planning.
