Group Exercise Classes – supportive, safe, and tailored to you

Whether you’re just getting started or easing back into exercise, our group classes are designed to support you every step of the way. Led by experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, each session takes place in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, with programs tailored to suit all fitness levels and health needs.

Unlike regular gyms or personal trainers, our classes are clinically informed and focused on your individual wellbeing. Backed by evidence and delivered with care, they’re designed to help you move with confidence, support your health goals, and get the most out of everyday life.

Exercise offers benefits for

  • Type 2 diabetes: may help improve insulin sensitivity, support blood sugar control, and assist with weight management.
  • Heart disease: can contribute to improved heart function and help manage blood pressure.
  • Hypertension: may support healthier blood pressure levels and reduce strain on the cardiovascular system.
  • Osteoporosis: can play a role in maintaining bone strength and reducing the risk of fractures.
  • Chronic pain conditions: may help ease discomfort associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and lower back pain.
  • Aging-related concerns: can support mobility, balance, and confidence—helping to maintain independence and overall wellbeing.

Our classes are designed for progression and emphasise tangible results.
