She works with adolescents and adults across a range of conditions, with a focus on sporting injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and exercise-based rehabilitation. Beth has a strong interest in early intervention and helping people return to sport, work, and daily activity with confidence.

Her approach combines hands-on treatment with targeted exercise to address underlying causes, improve movement, and reduce re-injury risk, with a focus on long-term health and performance.

Beth’s background spans private practice, community, and elite sport, allowing her to tailor care to individual goals. She also served as a medic in the Australian Army Reserve and worked as a Tactical Police Fitness Advisor. She is actively involved in the profession, mentoring physiotherapists through the APA and serving on the ESSA Queensland State Chapter Board.
