Caitlin has a strong interest in supporting people experiencing mental health concerns and supporting individuals living with disability, including neurological conditions and neurodivergent presentations. She is passionate about supporting clients to improve their mental health and wellbeing while working towards meaningful and fulfilling lives. Caitlin is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Caitlin works collaboratively with clients to build practical skills across a range of areas, including sleep, motivation, relationships, self-understanding, emotional regulation, and management of anxiety and mood. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Outside of her work, Caitlin enjoys being creative through painting and connecting with family and friends.
