Cheyenne Sandrock is a dedicated new graduate Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for community-based care. Since completing her Master of Occupational Therapy Studies in 2023, Cheyenne has been working in NDIS Community Private Practice, supporting clients across the lifespan with a variety of disabilities.
Cheyenne has a particular interest in working with adults with neurological and intellectual disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Her university placements provided diverse experience across rural hospitals, outpatient hand therapy clinics, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, residential aged care, schools, and occupational rehabilitation.
Before graduating, Cheyenne worked as an Allied Health Assistant in the community for 2.5 years, where she discovered her passion for Occupational Therapy. With a background in biomedical research, Cheyenne also holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (First Class Honours). During her research career, she contributed to published medical studies, focusing on bone health and neurodegenerative diseases.
Cheyenne brings a unique blend of clinical experience, academic excellence, and a commitment to empowering her clients to achieve independence and reach their goals.
