Neuro Dance Therapy supports movement, coordination, and independence for people living with Parkinson’s Disease, post-stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, or dementia. Led by a physiotherapist, sessions combine music and movement to support functional outcomes in an engaging and supportive environment.
Important information: Carers are required to attend and provide supervision for participants who are not independent
Neuro Dance Therapy may benefit people who are experiencing:
• Changes in balance or coordination
• Reduced mobility or slowed movement
• Difficulty with functional movement or daily activities
• Reduced confidence in movement
• Changes in rhythm, timing, or motor control
Sessions are led by a physiotherapist with experience in neurological conditions
