Prior to working in healthcare, Dan was a workers’ compensation case manager before moving into roles focused on managing performance and quality across personal injury claims. This experience has provided him with valuable insight into the complexities of personal injury and the importance of ensuring clients receive the right support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
What Dan enjoys most about his role is getting to know clients and their carers and playing a part in their journey. He particularly enjoys seeing clients grow and progress during their time with the team and being able to contribute to the positive changes they achieve.
