Let us introduce Jessica, an Exercise Physiologist at Royal Rehab LifeWorks with a passion for empowering people to improve their function, independence and quality of life. Jessica began her journey as an Exercise Scientist before completing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She brings four years of experience working in an NDIS gym, specialising in supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions.
Throughout her career, Jessica has developed a strong commitment to creating meaningful and supportive exercise experiences that are tailored to each person’s goals and abilities.
