Counsellor

Sumana has a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

With many years of experience in community mental health, Sumana understands the hidden mental health concerns of people with neurological and psychosocial disabilities. Registered with PACFA, Sumana’s approach features person-centric, strength-based talk therapy, and utilises techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and arts related therapy.
