Royal Rehab LifeWorks Cairns - July & August Health and Wellbeing Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 2 Free Group Exercise Classes – July & August 2024

1. Information on how to take part in the promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions. Any booking that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions is invalid.
2. Promotion is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible for the offer.
3. PROMOTION DATES:The promotion opens at 9am Australia Standard Time on Monday 1^st July and closes at 11:59pm on 14 August 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Only bookings received before 11:59pm on the 14^th of August will be eligible for the offer.
4. HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the promotion, entrants must book their classes online or on the phone or can visit the centre and book at reception. Entrants can visit Royal Rehab LifeWorks Cairns Promotion page (royalrehablifeworks.com.au/cairns/fitness.) On the booking form on this page, they must complete their contact details and choose the 2 Group Exercise Classes they wish to attend. They must choose the days and times of the classes and the date they wish to start attending and how they heard about the promotion. Entrants can also enter the promotion for 2 Free Group Exercise Classes by calling 1800 966 212 or visiting Royal Rehab LifeWorks Cairns and confirming their details and classes of choice on the phone or in person with a Royal Rehab LifeWorks representative.
5. The number of Free group exercise classes an eligible entrant may book is limited to two during the Promotion Period.
6. Entrants must book their classes before 11.59pm on 14th August 2024.
7. THE PROMOTION:To book 2 Free Group Exercise Classes at Royal Rehab LifeWorks Cairns between 1st July – 14^th August 2024. Entrants can attend free classes at Royal Rehab LifeWorks Centre in July or August but must book classes before 14th August.
8. The promotion is not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
9. Hydrotherapy, CLinical Reformer and PD Warrior classes are not included in this Promotion.
10. If an entrant is unable to attend a class due to sickness, they can rebook into another class before August 31^st if there are spaces available to do so.
11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
12. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an Entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
13. The Promoter is Royal Rehab LifeWorks Cairns trading as Breakthru Ltd.
