Life Moves

Wednesdays and Fridays 11am – 12 noon
Step into our beginner-friendly exercise class, developed with you in mind. Our experienced team has designed this
class to help improve your movement and balance, ease joint pain, and fight fatigue. You’ll feel more at ease in your daily activities and find support in our welcoming community.
Cost: $25 per class or $150 for 8 classes (maximum of 2 classes per week)

Life Strong

Mondays 9am – 10am
Wednesdays and Fridays 10am – 11am
This moderate intensity exercise class is designed to benefit individuals with a variety of issues which exercise can help improve. Developed and led by our skilled clinicians, Life Strong can improve strength, fitness, mobility, balance and metabolic health (weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol). Its your pathway to better health and wellness.
Cost: $25 per class or $150 for 8 classes (maximum of 2 classes per week)

Life Power (45 mins)

Mondays and Wednesdays 7am– 7:45am
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:15pm – 5pm
Step into our circuit-style class, where we focus on boosting strength through a mix of heart-pumping cardio and strength training. It’s a fantastic all-around workout experience. With guidance from our clinical team, you’ll improve your health and fitness levels, whether you’re starting your day or unwinding in the evening.
Cost: $20 per class or $150 for 8 classes (maximum of 2 classes per week)

Pilates (45 mins)

Monday and Wednesdays 4:15pm – 5pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am – 7:45am
A perfect class for before or after work, Pilates is a gentle reintroduction to low-impact exercise, focusing on improving your range of motion, core strength, and overall flexibility. Enhance your posture, performance, and overall fitness by joining our supportive Pilates community today.
Cost: $20 per class or $150 for 8 classes (maximum of 2 classes per week)
