Working with you to understand your specific needs and goals, our team will develop a customised plan that incorporates a tailored combination of therapies, assistive technology, and support services. We also:

  • Offer education, recommendations, and advice on home modifications, assistive technology, and equipment that can help you live your life to the fullest.
  • Provide assistance with funding applications for these services, as needed, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
  • Conduct on-site and in-home trials of various equipment, assistive technology, and modifications. We work with experienced suppliers to ensure that the products we recommend are appropriate for your needs and preferences.
  • Assist you with the entire process, if you decide to purchase or apply for funding and installation of home modification and/or equipment products.

Your therapist will regularly monitor and assess your progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
